When a client says no, I can't afford it as the solution. It's the wrong problem to solve. Delivering a clear, simple, doable solution is vital to making a sale. You have to establish the value of this solution in their life. Most often it's because they didn't get to this place before and are thinking about what they're giving up instead of how they will feel when they make that decision.
