We used the Robs rollover for business startup approach. We could swung it ourselves but I didn't want to take every penny that we had in the world and put it into this. The downside of that is when you do a shareholder dividend, 49% of that dividend goes into the 401K,. It's untouchable until you retire amongst some other things. My wife owns 51% and my 401K owns 49%. That lets us take the money out of the 401K to the down payment. Then the buyback price ends up being lower. Right now they're going to buy those shares back here at the end of the year or early next year. But it was worth it
