Is There a Pandemic in Venture Capital?

Interest rates have now been very low for a very long time. And so the people who control wealth in this country are saying, i want to put more and more money into capital  in bigger and bigger funds. So what a number of funds are doing is theyre bidding against each other to at higher valuations at earlier stages. It's given me intersting to see what they do with it, whether they just hold it, or whether they make acquisitions with it,. Whether they dramatically ramp up spending, or maybe they'll spend it on marketing.
