Is This Just a China Component of a Bribery Case?
There has been, to my knowledge, no prosecution by china of chinese companies for bribery outside its borders. Does that change with this? Is that impacted in any way? It's very much focused on bribes taking place in china. So i don't think it's just trying to be extra territorial. I'd like to think its compliance as usual, more of the same.
