The Importance of AR Technology for Blind People
How does it work? A blind person with a variable set of glasses. We connect the blind person to a remote human agent. This agent is sitting in front of computer that teleported through a dashboard and provides real time audio descriptions of what is going on around you. It's like so many details that we take for granted in terms of how we efficiently navigate our world without vision. And the blind person uses the description to make decisions, whether, you know, to move forward to have like mental images of what's going on in their mind.
