How to Stay Consistent in Meditation

Meditation has been my thing that I really wish if I could wish something for every person to be able to benefit from it would be meditation weather. The more traditional form of meditation is not about calming someone down but just putting things in perspective. It's truly because taking time to really sit with yourself you start to it puts into perspective how much something is not that big of a deal and your ability to believe that increases so much when you practice sitting with yourself.
