Covering Covet Under Trump vs. Covering Bud Under Bush?

Under the trump administration, i had been on the beat for three years at that point. It's a lot harder to make inroads, especially because some of the officials who got tap for the administration didn't even come to d c at the beginning. I also think theres a different reaction in the media. There were stories that accrued to donald trump, negative stories about his handling of covid and then there have been things that the bite administration has claimed or done that i think the media picked up and ran with.
