Is There a Difference Between Dieting and Weight Loss?

i want to hear your thoughts on this. Because, honestly, when we talk about things like weight loss and dieting and that kind of thing, this is very devisive. There's a sliver of people that actually do really well with rigid dieting. It's small, but that exists. And then there's other people that should not be playing the game of wheight loss at all. Hobe, dangerous for people. So i love the spectrum, which is something that doesn't get acknowledged and, and it's actuly like a big hole in the research. I'm trying to do some rea research on right now.
