Is Disney a Company in Crisis?

Disney is a company in crisis and faces many challenges that weigh on the company's investment prospects. We believe that these challenges are primarily self-inflicted and need to be addressed. Poor governance has always been an issue for Disney, like as you think about reading Disney Wars. They don't have a strong board or something like that. So I guess that's an issue both with Eisner and Eiger but they did have CEOs who lasted a long time.
