How Did Your Mentor and Mentor Relationship Help You Succeed?
Mentor was and still is incredible. We would meet for one once like twice a week, but sometimes more if we were going to pair program through something. As the time went on, you could think of it as learning to ride a bicycle where you have training wheels and you're all wobbly... And by the end, I don't know, you're like mountain biking down the mountains or something. But yeah, it was very organic. My mentor and my manager too, my manager is also incredible. They both really set me up for success"
