I remember reading this thing that Lars von Trier said about There were no boundaries and no rules at all in his house when he was little. I think it goes along with a lot of the stuff that you talk about in your book And in just in terms of of how we react to trauma in general. You're not they're not there's an emotional Negligence, right? So if you're kind of scrambling for a sense of self, it's it's you know, it's terrible kind of yeah Does that make sense? Yeah, it does.
