Are We in a Boom?
Property is like any other economic environment that goes in cycles. There are too many fundamental things pushing for prices not to collapse. The only time property prices will collapse is if we saw a mass distinction of like a SARS disease coming through or something like that and just kills off our population. So it doesn't pop the analogy I use. It's more like a balloon whereby the air is inflated in the balloon and that's what's happening at the moment. But rather than popping, it's actually being deflated.
