The Unipolar Moment

I think the right sort of equilibrium for America is to look at what is in the American people's concrete and interest. And I think this and that and a willingness to reassess some of the old shibilits or the old hymnal can help us get there. We had this maximalist foreign policy that I would say has proved disastrous, but it has not served their interest.
