Florida Defamation Law - Burden Shifting

Governor DeSantis' proposed bill would require Florida courts to presume statements by anonymous sources are false in a defamation claim. Trump and then DeSantis have made noise about challenging this New York Times C Sullivan standard, loosening libel laws.
