Jeff: I love having our little a, you know, a check ends every couple of years, because i always get inspired when i talkd to you. What e house two out of three people at tuilio or so, or maybe half. Do that is a pace, my lord. Lot of growthit lot of growth. And i just think that as leaders w it's our job to try to crate that connection between why we're doing things that we're doing and how everybody's impacting that. Nowhat's just bigger than us.
