Moby Dick's the Woodlanders

Melville is one of the writers that i feel most intimately close to. The ending to moby dick is one of my personal favorites in all of literaturepowerful stuff powerful stuff. We get a biblical illusion here we get self-conscious artifice which ironically helps us to spend our disbelief so we know we're being told a story and that's part of the frame narrative.
