How to Increase Productivity in Construction

There's a structural issue in the industry. We set out to solve the later shortage by increasing productivity, because if you increase productivity, you need less labor. What we learned in our research is that there's completely misaligned incentives. So what we decided to do is to start an incentive software that aligns incentives for the actual workforce with the ones from the owners or child contract isn't there employers.
