It said for nearly two years companies have complained that they're caught in an unending cycle of hiring and training workers only to see them leave in a matter of weeks or months. Even something like chat GPT is becomes a training instrument, because it can listen to your interaction even if you're working on the drive-through order desk at the fast food restaurant.
