Josh: I think what's interesting is so this may come out of left field, but it's another one of these like Josh philosophical thoughts. But as I've approached and brought on different people with the team, there are people that are like, oh, I would say default to yes people. There's also default to no people where the initial thought is just like, no, that's too hard or no, I don't understand. They make a default knee-jerk reaction.
