How to Train Your Team to Talk to Owners

I think it's very tempting as a business owner to just assume, oh, people know what to do. And so to hear that you actually had a whole team training, you kind of did practice sessions, like mock owner conversations. I feel like it's really powerful and actionable. Another thing you mentioned was in some instances, you offered to lower your management fee so that owners would stay. Can you talk more about that?
