Is the PAPI Predicted on End Stage Right Ventricular Failure?
The Michigan score did not really discover any echocardiographic parameters to be that predictive. So it was more of a reflection of congestion of the liver. The right ventricle has been receiving very minimal preload, because the left ventricle had been failing for a long time. Even scaling up the pump speed is an opportunity that pulmonary repulsibility index offers clinicians. And even when you're changing the VAD speed, ask your increase in the V AD speed to increase circulation to the body systemically.
