Tansy and her sister have a podcast called the Bossy Podcast. Tansy: "I want to follow my heart, follow our hearts" The first question I want to ask you is how did you get here from that dark place in your life? She says she was just desperate to literally lose weight but didn't know who she was without basketball. After years of learning about strength through being a teacher while also teaching dance fitness on the side, they decided to start their own business.
