How to Balance Harmonies When Mixing Down Harmonies

When I'm mixing down harmonies, the tape they did say balancing harmonies and now it's that's super important. Most of the time you want to make sure the lead the lead stands out. Usually the vote kind of tells you what they want to do. But so that's the first thing is I get the lead vocal sounding as good as I can. And then I create the harmonies and I sculpt the harmonies to be an almost exact contrast.
