The Effects of Cryoprotectants on Memory

A lot of work on the neuro anatomical basis of memory, you see nepsis and exons and connections. High glass formers as we call them, like crack cryoprotectants, are really powerful that they basically negatively affect the hydration shell of proteins. The real challenge is to use a mixture of cryoprotECTants that leaves the molecular machinery of of the cells in an intact state. And I think by the end of the year at the latest early next year, there will be the first full length treatment of how to assess the damage of a typical cryo patient at cryogenic temperatures. It's generally agreed in our community that we will not rewarm the patients
