How to Build Back Up Your Emotional Energy

One of the easiest things we can do is just taking slow, deep breaths. Exhaling slowly for five or six seconds induces relaxation and recovery. And as our body relaxes doing these deep breaths, our mind follows. Another idea for improving our emotional energy is just practising gratitude. It can be a handwritten note, an email, a call, a conversation. Just letting other people know you appreciate them makes you feel better.
