How to Reduce Cortisol Levels

Exercising reduces levels of the body's stress hormones such as adrenaline and cortisol. It also stimulates the production of endorphins chemicals in the brain that are the body's natural painkillers and mood elevators. So really going back to the cortisol, it helps reduce levels of cortisol. Cortisol being your stress hormone. I guess there yeah, there's definitely good and another chart I have are the good words and bad words. There's good cortisol, bad cortisol, good stress, bad stress. A good and bad like version of cortisol. Yeah.
