Is the Substitution a Good Idea?
The Prathan Mantri Kisan Samman Niddhi doesn't change any of the other subsidies and this is an additional transfer that's given. It's also very small right. Is this on the other hand if this is extended or if it is made larger then it's a huge cost to the exchequer right. So we have to be a bit careful when we are thinking about that substitution. In terms of scaling so that's again like kind of a tricky argument and it kind of relates back to your previous question.
