The Moralistic Approach to the Old Testament

The Old Testament is full of stories that tell me the good I'm supposed to do and the bad I're supposed to avoid. When you be the Old Testament like that, it becomes nothing more than kind of a collection of biblical Esaup fables, if you will. We have in our Lord's own example, when He talks about the Old Testament, He is using it to teach people about who He is. The Bible itself is presented as something that is saturated with Moses and Psalms and Proverbs.
