Is There a Difference Between Voice and Tone?
The big challenge that i was facing with the teams that ivwok wit was that there was a very clear distance between the way that the team the company perceived the voice and tone of the company. And so it ends up coming down to the opinion of lika, who's the loudest person in the ruomor who has the strongest opinion. I'm not sure how valuable they are. What i wonder is, if, you know, there's a way to bring customers or users into this conversation and ask them, oh, what do you see as being the the tone in place here?
