i had written books about the benefits of meditation for your well being. But it was only when i suffered quite a severe burn out myself where i really am. I had to go back to the basics and think, how can i rebuild my nervous system and rebuild my health from the ground up? It's easy to get into this mind set that, oh, because i know all this information, then automatically i'm going to be more in that wellness state. And you know, little things like perfectionism and am worcoholism cank sneak in there and sabotage us hundred %. Getting out of that all or nothing thinking layer is also really important.
