The Importance of Making Sacrifices
When you're in the top 1% of anything you've got to make sacrifices don't you? So she's done that but she's feeling as though maybe she's still having to make sacrifices whilst she's already there. But it's the catch 22 when it comes to property particularly in Australia like you can be asset rich and cash poor. If she sold now she'd be losing money like it was purchased within the last year so the value hasn't moved, stamp duty has been a dog and hasn't gone anywhere.
