Kse: Why would a country volunteer their limited resources to fund the global clean energy transition when other countries are not necessarily the same thing? Ok. Kse, we're going to explore two alternative ideas on how to make carpenterancy work that might get around some of the critiques we just explored. The first idea comes from frank von gonspecke, a professor of practice at middlebury. His idea is similar to delton chens, but instead of various country central banks backing the carbon currency, he proposes that the international monetary fund, or i m f, backs it.
