Cap and Sergeant Majors Assessment Program
Previously across our ranks in the army specifically, command positions at the battalion and brigade level to the 05, 06 level were selected based off of past performance. But now recently over the past two years, and this has come across from the officer side and now to the non commission officer side in the caps of the cap battalion commander assessment program. What do you think of that? Does that weed out toxic leadership? Is that weeding out and making sure we have the right person who's ready prepared and has that potential to serve successfully at a battalion of reggae level? And I'd love to get y'all's opinion on the caps and how we're implementing those.
