The CFTC Commodity Futures Trading Commission's Complaint
The Commodities futures trading commission settled with a company called E zero X LLC. The same day, the CFTC filed a lawsuit against them in federal court for not registering as a designated contract market. It's quite debatable whether ookie-dow is an enterprise because people who voted tokens are all liable and they then said to the court, instead of like providing a process instead of serving people, you're required to get actual notice by posting it on a website.
