I love that methodology because that is coaching in its essence. You separate yourself from the now and you look at who do I want to be in the future? Or when I am in the future, what decisionsDo I want to have made coming there? And then it's a shared vision as well, the key aspect to it. It's not just your vision. The way we do design is we go out, we talk with people, we do the research, we collaborate. That's what gets us to a great design. So I think we can apply the same principle to when we're building out a vision for our team"
