The evidence for mindfulness meditation as a workplace mental health prevention type of program is pretty good. A lot of times it used either, you know, a very simple pre post design, not often a pre post post. So that's what, so they come up thinking or looking better, but they're really just a function of their poor methodology. But if I'm going to talk to anybody and recommend any type of program based on the current evidence, I'll recommend mindfulness.
