Do You Know What's the Risk?
Culture is something which is in a lot of cases, I know companies that are super experienced and programmatic M&A know this. In my conversations, I typically find that culture is given the appropriate weight. And that's also where the deal can all fall down like you end up acquiring two cultures and then there's nothing to do with them. But if there's anything to do with an operating business where you're going to be working together, I think people underestimate how essential it is.
