In the 1980s, as neoliberalism really becomes kind of concretized, is that basically what the Leninist model had available to it is to use Badger's language, fully become saturated. And he actually points to the solidarity movement in Poland, which was a kind of liberal reactionary, almost counter-revolutionary push against the ossified Soviet regime. He argued that Leninism to use this language again has not dead, but has become saturated. So Massline basically was defunct in some ways, which is a very interesting development.
