The business was 25 year or is 25 years old. Past three four years have been in the, you know let's call it five million ish range in revenue. Business has been running kind of historically at about 15 to 20% ebit to margins. So asset heavy business generally on a good track so the business I think this scared a lot of people who looked at but we lucked out for lack of better term on having something that was truly structurally sound.
