Is 200 Milligrams of Item and C Really a Good Dose?
The authors of the 19 96 paper said that 200 milligrams a day is not enough. They also said blood vitemanc levels no saturate at around 80 molar. There are many other studies showing that blood levels go much higher. And as we know, you can't really get much more than 400 micromoler but you can clearly about five times higher in oral doses.
