What Are the Differences Between Women and Athletes?
I think you have to be very mindful of the intensities and volumes later in the training cycle. And i found that women, generally speaking, are better, they respond a little bit better to volume than intensity you are leading up to a competition. I don't know how much, there wasn't really anything great new that i found, but it was really, iin the preparation for competition was where these differences occurred.
