I guess I'm wondering the way you're formulating sense data is one that is temporarily constrained to the moment. So that my understanding of the past is opaque because I can't hold up the shape of the earth or the contour of the land to my eyes, the way I can hold my hands up to my eyes and say, this is a hand. But my whole point about that is that there is other sense data. This is what I thought that someone like more would go down is that there's other sense data like glaciation and all that stuff that would get you your understanding of the present then. Right.
