The Nuclear Weapons of the Russians

The Chinese declared a long time ago no first use. They simply said, we will not use a nuclear weapon if we are attacked. We have just had the chance to do things that have changed our attitude. I think they should be taken off the table. But this is the new wave in Washington. They think strategic ambiguity is a good thing. I think it's a catastrophe.
