Some companies have announced that if you want to work from home, that's fine, but you're gan to get a pay cut. Ye, it's a mind we need to change this mind set. We've been working hard to close pay gaps, to make sure people are paid fairly for the work that they do. But there's a real risk that this could all be undone by kind of er hybrid working remuneration packages.
