How to Prevent Interruptions
A really bad interruptor is someone who they'll literally ask you a question. One thing you can do verbally to prevent them from interrupting you is what's called bookmarking. A lot of the times I think interruptors interrupt out of fear. They're afraid of silences. And they're afraid of running out of things to say. So in their head, they want to ask it or share it right away.
