Brad Simmons: I'm a child of the 60s, so that gives you a little bit of an idea of where my original roots came from. He went to college and was going to the typical medical school route and chemistry major did finish with it. But his junior year, he met a professor by the name of Hobart Maurer and been known to me very smart man. And he began to introduce him to all things in the world of psychology. That's how you got your basic fundamentals and working in private equity funds. They work closely together on trying to figure those things out inside the businesses.
