Do You Have a Dead Line?

With my team, er, we have some goals that we work towards together. And then on our journey to achieve those goals, we have tasks that we assign one another. And so basically, i just do like a gut check, and i say, is this person accomplishing the tasks that they're assigned in a reasonable amount of time? The rule isn't r in our group, when you set a task for some one else, it has to have a dead line, right? So are they accomplishing what they're asked to do in the time frame they's asked to do it? And if they answer, generally, you know, 90 % of the time, is yes,
