Civil defense is the basic preparedness that you'd make for an event of a pandemic or ciber warfare. The basics still exist, making sure you have food, supplies of water, lies of fuel and medical supplies. And so you would almost certainly survive the effects of a few weeks of the stores being empty,. disruptions and fuel supplies. You would vive that. It's just a matter of in what comfort does your family survive that?
