Are You Whitewashed When You're Younger?

I think this kind of, i guess, problem of being whitewashed is a fairly new concept. I didn't really even understand my culture at that young of an age. So am ya, i think that's more of an issue like older, young adults face,. Like trying to be connected with your roots, but then also being like, an asian American or an american. Ye. My parents always spoke chinese to me and i would always speak english back to them.
