The Russian Forces in the Zaparija and Back Moat Sectors Are on the Move
Several thousand troops from Russia's 49th Army are said to be involved in the offensive. The Russian forces should be better trained and equipped, although it is not clear what state they are in after nearly a year of fighting. It has led to increased speculation that with much reduced water levels above the dam, Ukraine could look to get away over what is left of the waterway there.
